Partial Changes in the Organization and Important Personnel Changes

The following changes in the company organization and important personnel will become effective on October 1st, 2008.

1. Partial Changes in the Organization

(1) Divisions (SPE-1 Division, SPE-2 Division, SPE-3 Division, SPE-4 Division, Post Sales Division, FPD Division) will be abolished and Business Planning Department will be changed the name to Department.

(2) SPE-1 Division will be newly established then Clean Track BU, Clean Track Department, Etching Systems BU, Etching Systems Department, Surface Preparation Systems BU, Surface Preparation Systems Department will be under SPE-1 Division.

(3) SPE-2 Division will be newly established then Thermal Processing Systems BU, Thermal Processing Systems Department, Single Wafer Deposition BU, Single Wafer Deposition Department, Test Systems BU, Test Systems Department, Post Sales BU (currently Post Sales Division), Post Sales Department will be under SPE-2 Division.

(4) SPE Business Strategy Division will be newly established then Marketing, MEMS and 3DI Project (newly established) will be under SPE Business Strategy Division.

(5) FPD/PVE Division will be newly established then FPDBU, PVEBU, PVE Sales Department, FPD/PVE New Products Development Department will be also newly established.

(6) Software Technology, Corporate Development, Process Technology, Mechanic & Electric, Technical Strategy will be under Development & Manufacturing Division.

(7) Administration will be changed the name to Corporate Administration Division.

(8) AIM Department will be abolished then Sales operation for import goods and Marketing operation currently AIM department does will be transferred to Marketing Department.
